The Museum is seeking an Education Assistant.
The Education Assistant is a part time position, responsible for assisting the education department with outreach events and the “Science a la Carte” high school intern program, with hours primarily on weekends during the school year. This person will also serve as a summer camp instructor, working full time for six to eight weeks. The ideal candidate will have at least one year experience as a teacher, and familiarity with a wide age range of students. A science background is preferred.
