Kids Camp

Science is Everywhere Camp

Kids have so many questions about the world – down to even the smallest parts. We’re here to answer them with fun, creative activities that will also nourish their imaginations and - who knows – maybe even foster a career in science or medicine. Our future as a world depends on how we pass on the knowledge of nuclear science to the next generation, and we believe in offering an accessible, unbiased, and accurate window for kids and grown-ups alike.

The wonder of science comes alive during the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History’s Science is Everywhere Science Kids Camps. Learn more about robots, biology, forensics, engineering, chemistry, physics, weird science and more.

The Museum offers camps during the winter, spring and summer breaks. The camps are divided by age or grade groupings based on content. Camps run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.  Multitudes of children have learned science is exciting and fun during these week-long learning adventures.
