Join the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History for Movie Under the Wings, an amazing outdoor event featuring the blockbuster movie, “Apollo 13.” Saturday, June 16, under the airplanes in Heritage Park. Doors will open at 7:30 pm for this unique museum experience, and the movie will begin at dark.
Be entertained with fun, family-friendly activities before the movie starts, enjoy delicious food from local food trucks and beer from the Bombs Away Beer Company throughout the evening and tour the museum exhibits at your leisure!
Bring a portable outdoor chair to enjoy your evening in comfort, and please leave all four-legged friends at home (assistance/service dogs are always welcome). No alcohol, smoking or firearms will be permitted on museum property. No outside food or drink will be allowed into the event.
The event is included with museum admission of $10 for adults, $8 for youth, seniors and veterans, and $7 for active military (these are admission prices for New Mexico residents, out-of-state admission can be found here). This is a special, fundraising event that is not covered by museum membership or other passes. Paid admission into the museum is required by all parties. June 16, 2018, after-hours admission may be purchased at the door on Saturday, June 16, or in advance here.
