Flying High in the Sky

Monday, November 20

Explore the wonderful world of flight in this camp centered on how planes, gliders, and helicopters take to the sky. We’ll delve into the science of flight via building multiple flying machines as well as sky-diving into aerodynamics by focusing on the Bernoulli Principle and aircraft engineering.

Rockets! Rockets! Rockets!

Tuesday, November 21

What goes up must come down…with a parachute of course! We’ll demystify rocket science while utilizing multiple building materials and propellants. Go from one to multiple stages of rocket deployment as we also build a parachute to slow down the fall from up way up high.
