The National Museum of Nuclear Science & History will host Movie Under the Wings, a unique outdoor movie event where visitors will view the iconic movie Raiders of the Lost Ark, among such historic aircraft as the B-29 Superfortress, an F-16 Fighting Falcon, and many more. Movie Under the Wings will occur in the museum’s outdoor exhibit area, Heritage Park, on Saturday, August 10. Doors will open at 7:00 pm, and the movie will begin at dark.
Science on Tap is not your ordinary lecture series. Grab a beer and enjoy a relaxed presentation by scientists, researchers, and subject matter experts on various engaging science topics. Join us at the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History. The talks are co-sponsored by New Mexico Operations-Kansas City National Security Campus, the University of New Mexico Nuclear Engineering, and the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History. Admission is $10 per person, and you must be 21 years old to attend.

On this evening, the museum will welcome visitors to be entertained with live music, host an outdoor screening of the History Channel's, Modern Marvels: The Manhattan Project, invite all guests to enjoy local food trucks and brewery, listen to music with a DJ, and provide an opportunity for all ages to learn, think, imagine and draw your own conclusions through access to the museum's exhibits after hours. Doors open at 5:30 pm, and the movie will begin at dark.
